If God’s principles were followed by His people in history there would not have been a need for social activism. However, this argument could be used in many areas of our world today. This semester the question of social activism has challenged me. Although, Jesus could have united with the zealots of His day to expose the oppressive Roman government, He did not. Yet, by example, He challenged the discriminatory social norms of His day.  He spoke to the woman at the well, told the story of the Good Samaritan, welcomed every class, and much more.

Each day brought new discoveries that grew the whole person. How did sin change this?
